Bagel and Lox

Such a classic breakfast meal and so far, the easiest to make.  We have yet to discover a cream cheese substitute, but it’s ok because the raw cheeze did not disappoint.


Bagel and Lox (serves 4)

4 toasted gluten-free bagels – Udi’s brand
Lox
tomato, sliced
1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
Raw cheeze

Stack ‘em up! Too easy!
